About Bryan-College Station CVB

The Bryan-College Station Convention & Visitors Bureau is a non-profit organization that contracts with the cities of Bryan and College Station to market, sell, and promote the area as a premier destination for conventions, leisure travel, trade shows, sporting events, and activities. This will attract visitors to use Bryan-College Station facilities and attractions.

We also provide services and technical assistance to all our visitors to help ensure a memorable experience and repeat visits to the area.

Our Convention Services Department offers a variety of services such as Aggieland photography, brands, logos and assistance with local media contacts or media lists are available upon request.

Promotion Assistance 

The Bryan – College Station Convention & Visitors Bureau offers assistance in arranging a welcome address from the Mayors of Bryan and College Station or other city officials, as well as obtaining welcome letters from the Mayors.

Attendance Builders / Promotional Brochures 

The Bryan – College Station Convention & Visitors Bureau provides free services to help you build attendance or gain attention for your group. Our friendly staff will assist you in producing and mailing any promotional materials.

Registration Bags 

We are happy to provide Bryan – College Station plastic bags for all your materials, gifts and goodies for groups meeting in the Bryan – College Station area.
