Lincoln Recreation Center

Originally constructed as the A&M; Consolidated Negro School, Lincoln Center located at 1000 Eleanor in W.A. Tarrow Park, has been utilized at one time or another as a neighborhood center, recreation center, senior citizen’s center, maintenance shop, and was formerly the headquarters for the College Station Parks and Recreation Department. The center now provides a variety of recreational and social services to the citizens of College Station, as well as an indoor gymnasium, 1/3 mile lighted jogging trail, and playground. The Wayne Smith Baseball Fields are included in this park.
