Beauties and Bugs

Bring your mother, daughter, sister, or friends to the Millican Reserve Boathouse on May 14th from 2 to 5 pm for a ladies-only tea celebrating Beauties and Bugs! Join us for a hands-on demonstration from Amy Minke of Essentially Sweet Living on making your own chemical-free springtime bug repellent using essential oils. Andrea Merritt of the Millican Alliance will give an overview of the beautiful monarch butterfly as you create your very own glass painting masterpiece. Iced tea, Texas pastries, and finger foods will be served. Tickets are $45 per person, and $15 for ages 5 and under. BYO Beverage 21+. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
