Palace Theatre

The Downtown Bryan Association is responsible for marketing and renting the Palace Theater, as well as maintaining its annual calendar. Regular events available to the general public are scheduled at the theater throughout the year. These events may include various concerts, festivals, and shows.
Individuals or organizations may rent the facility for a fee. Such events may include private parties, dance recitals, or stage productions. The facility may be available for rent during weekdays, evenings, and weekends, seven days a week.
The Palace Theater is shaded with seating for 400 people. User-friendly rental options are available to the leasee, i.e. use of limited facility, use of full stage and dressing room, marquee, etc. Actual rental is on a first-come, first served basis with bookings accepted no more than one year in advance.
